Promoting Your Brand at Your Game Day Party

Advertising and football go hand in hand like peanut butter and jelly. The championship game is not only the biggest sports event of the year but it’s also huge for the many companies showcasing their ads during the game. Although you may not be able to fork up the big bucks to create a marketing campaign of that magnitude, you can still benefit from the buzz generated around the game without having to break the bank. We have come up with a few ideas for how you can use promotional products to entice customers and grow your brand during your viewing party.

Anytime you can gather a large group of people at a venue, it becomes just another opportunity for your brand to receive exposure. Hosting a game day party can be a great way to do this without spending too many resources on planning. The date and time of the event is predetermined so you don’t have to worry about that, and you can also provide home-cooked meals instead of catering. Some of the advantages of hosting include not having to incur any costs for renting out space. Additionally, your guests will love not having to be concerned with the mess and stress of partying at their own home.

Now that you have attracted guests to your party, you will need to engage them with your brand. You can do this in a number of fun and creative ways including product giveaways. Providing a gift such as a reusable tote bag or a bottle opener for all your attendees will help others become familiar with your business.  Another tip is to accessorize your party with custom imprinted items. Your party needs to be unique, and what’s more unique than branded products? Serve cheese and grapes as an appetizer on our Large Bamboo Cheeseboard. Try adding a personal touch to common everyday items that would otherwise go unnoticed. Later on in the evening, you can serve up some chili in our custom Soup-Er Mug. These are subtle but effective ways of getting people to talk about your brand.

You can kick things up a notch by trying to attract new customers. Have a contest at half time in which the winners get gift cards and exclusive access to special promotions. The idea is to provide an incentive for prospects to give your services a try. Once their foot is in the door they’ll be hooked! Once they have tried out your products and services you can be sure they’ll keep coming back for more.

Your party can be used as a platform to showcase your brand, and you do not need to spend too much time or money to make it happen. No matter the size of the party, big or small, don’t miss out on this advertising opportunity!
